Southern Chiefs Economic Development LP (SCED LP) was formalized in the summer of 2022 to help enhance and strengthen the economic base of the 32 Anishinaabe and Dakota Nations that are members of the Southern Chiefs’ Organization Inc. (SCO).

The philosophy behind SCED LP is that we are better together! We value all elements of good business and fair partnerships, while sharing and implementing our core values in all aspects of what we do. Together, we can help build stronger businesses, thus putting SCED LP in a better position to help improve the economic and social wellbeing of our Anishinaabe and Dakota Nations and in fact, all Manitobans.
