1BLDR is a First Nation project management company that was created by SCED LP. This company focuses on working to change the path on First Nation projects by creating community employment opportunities and partnerships while serving our Anishinaabe and Dakota Nations in Manitoba. 

1BLDR has also partnered with BLDR, a company with staff who have more than 40 years combined experience and expertise in the construction industry throughout Canada. We have a philosophy of treating people with respect and following the First Nation seven traditional teachings of love, respect, courage, honesty, wisdom, humility, and truth.
